Android app by Manzil Studio

Keep recurring payments in one clear place.

Subs Compiler helps you discover, organize, and track subscriptions and recurring-payment commitments. Add items manually, import supported statement files, or use Gmail features you explicitly authorize to find billing evidence.

What Subs Compiler does

Designed to reduce the manual work of keeping track of recurring commitments.

Scan billing-related Gmail

When you choose Scan Mail or Auto Scan Mail, the app can use authorized Gmail read-only access to identify relevant subscription or renewal evidence.

Import supported statements

Selected PDF and CSV statement files can be processed to identify recurring-payment candidates.

Add and manage manually

Create, edit, categorize, and review subscriptions yourself, including renewal dates, amounts, currencies, and payment types.

Upcoming renewals

Bring confirmed recurring commitments into one dashboard so upcoming payments are easier to review.

Multiple currencies

Each subscription can retain its original currency while dashboard totals can be displayed in a selected currency.

In-app support

Signed-in users can contact Manzil Studio Support through the app's support chat when help is needed.

Why Gmail access is requested

Subs Compiler requests gmail.readonly only for user-facing features that need Gmail access, such as Scan Mail, Auto Scan Mail, or importing a selected Gmail statement attachment. Google sign-in to the app account alone does not grant Gmail read access. Gmail-derived data is not sold or used for advertising, credit scoring, lending, or data-broker purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-handling details.

Privacy by design

No sale of personal data

Subs Compiler does not sell personal information or Gmail data.

Source data is limited

The app does not store a user's full Gmail mailbox or full email bodies as subscription records.

User controls

Users can delete individual records, clear subscription data, disconnect Auto Scan Gmail accounts, or delete their Subs Compiler account.
